I got Apple TV+ a few months back when I bought my new iPhone SE. It’s a nice little bonus that Apple has given us, to watch their new subscription TV service which is £4.99 in the UK.
A few months has past, and I’ve watched a few things on there.
Here’s what I think of Apple TV+ and if I think it’s worth it.
I’ve been waiting for Adult Material on Channel 4 since I saw the previews several weeks ago. It was on TV last Monday, and it was a really good watch.
I cannot believe that it has been 10 years since Spain won the World Cup!
If you didn’t already know, I am a Spain supporter, and have been since I was a kid. The pinnacle in the football world is winning the World Cup, and finally, on 11th July 2010, Spain won their first World Cup!
It’s been a while since I posted a life type of update, possibly because not a lot has been going on for any of us!
Lockdown has been a strange time, and I think life after lockdown it is going to feel weird. I have been living in the lock down for around 13 weeks, but this week I have started to gradually to come out of it, and trying to get back to some normality.
Balls…Footballs. Once they were just round piece of equipment which were absolutely required to play a game of football. But for the past several decades, they’ve became a lot more.
I have always loved the World Cup, and the balls have played a bigger and bigger part in that. I thought it was about time I done a visual guide on all of the balls, and the stories behind them, both in historic terms and my own memories with them.
This is every World Cup football match ball from 1930 to 2018, and some stories behind them.
It seems like we’ve been without football for such a long time, in fact it’s true, we have. Of course in times such as this, health is absolutely the most important thing. More or less everything, including football, has to take a back seat.
But it has to, and will resume some time. Across Europe everyone has a different idea, and some leagues are restarting, some have been cancelled while others only have an estimated return, with others being postponed indefinitely.
Here’s a run down of all the leagues in Europe, and when they’re planning to restart.
Still bored at home? This post has been a long time coming. If you’re stuck inside or bored in the house, I’ve come up with a list of fun things to do to pass the time.
So if you’re looking for a new hobby to start, or you just want something casual, fun and light to do, here’s some ideas to get you started.
A new TV series has come at the right time! I love re-watching my old favourites, but it’s always nice to watch something new. Gangs of London is on SKY Atlantic and was released on 23th April, but I’ve just been watching it now.
Here’s what it’s all about, with no spoilers for you! 😉
It’s the worldwide crisis which has dominated the news in the past several weeks, and sadly it’s probably just the beginning. Obviously I am talking about the Coronavirus aka COVID19.
This is serious, people are dying and it’s a terrible contagious infection sweeping the globe.
People and health are number 1, that goes without saying. I could write about toilet roll shortages and the stockpiling of pasta, but we’re probably sick of talking about that.
So with that said I’ll keep it light (or as light as you can be in this situation) talk about what many of us love and how it’s effected that, football and sport.
The Coronavirus has stopped football worldwide, including the Premier League, which announced this morning that it would be suspended until 4th April.
