We’re into the middle of May, so it’s about time to talk trainers. There’s been a few pair which have caught my eye which have already been released, or are due out within the next few weeks.
There’s 3 pairs of new releases from Adidas, as well as another 3 pair of trainers from Nike.
So here we go, these are the best latest trainer releases for May 2024.

Nike SB Dunk Low x Futura Laboratories White and Geode Teal
Perhaps one of the best looking and certainly stand out Dunks that Nike have released, these are the Nike SB Dunk Low x Futura Laboratories in White and Geode Teal.
I absolutely love the colours and the patterns on the uppers, which is Nike highlighting one of New York City’s artistic legends Leonard McGurr aka Futura.
For some graffiti style inspired pair of trainers these look really contemporary and easy to wear.
You can pick these up from Nike from 22nd May priced at £119.99
Nike SB Dunk Low Pro Black and Classic Green
Nike continues it’s long line of colourways with their Dunks, the latest being this pair of Nike SB Dunk Low Pro Black and Classic Green.
You can always go wrong when combining a few different colours, but Nike always seem to manage to get it right. Large panels of green which make these trainers look distinctive combine with the black and white to make these a good looking pair of trainers.
You can pick these up for £109.99 from Nike on 23rd May.
Nike Field General ’82 White and Light Bone
Going all the way back to the 80’s and taking inspiration from American football, the Nike Field General ’82 White and Light Bone make their return.
With a really low profile, mesh and leather uppers alongside a suede swoosh and a gum sole, the all white trainers give some retro gridiron style to your look.
Priced at only £89.99, they’re available from 24th May at Nike.
Wales Bonner x Adidas SL76 Ash Blue
The Wales Bonner x Adidas SL76 come in 2 different colours, yellow and blue, but I’ve picked out the ash blue to showcase here.
Coming in an almost all blue colourway, they have a knitted mesh upper, with colour coded laces and of course the infamous Adidas 3 stripes to the side.
The SL76 take inspiration from running, and these trainers have a nostalgic look to them.
You can get these from Adidas for £160 from 21st May.
Sporty & Rich x Adidas Handball Spezial Green Gum
Sporty & Rich and Adidas have teamed up once again to bring us the Handball Spezial Green Gum. The first thing that stands out for me is the colour, with this teal green that really pops.
It’s combined with a gum sole and white detailing on the heel tab as well as the 3 stripes down the side.
These will be available from 23rd May at Adidas for £100.
Adidas Originals Campus 00’s
Last up are the Adidas Campus 00’s. For a bit of retro Adidas style, these Campus trainers do the trick. The suede uppers come in grey, with white 3 stripes and gum sole giving the design a really light feel to it.
The Campus branding runs down the side of the shoes, with the Adidas Trefoil present on the tongue of the trainers.
Grab these for £90 when they are released at Adidas on 22nd May.
And there you have it, the best trainers released this May 2024. Are there any trainers here that take your fancy? Let me know.
