Kenzo Paris announced the Boke Flower Collection by Nigo, and it looks brilliant. This is the first in a series of limited edition collection, which contains key pieces including sweats, shirts and more.
Here’s what you need to know and where to buy the Boke Flower collection by Nigo.
First of all I love the design. It of course centres around the flower print which is displayed in a variety of forms. It’s simple, but manages to look bold and is set off from the plain colour of the fabrics used in the clothing.
The white hoodie is an oversized style, and comes with the pattern in a small design to the front breast. To the back it has the same pattern, in a huge oversize print which covers most of the back of the hoodie.
This comes in at £339.
The coach jacket comes in navy blue, and once again has the small flower print to the front along with the oversized print to the back. It’s a button up jacket made from water repellent nylon and has front slant pockets along with a shirt collar.
This comes in at £635.
The long sleeve T Shirt is white with the same design and format of small flower to the front and large to the back. It’s made from 100% cotton and costs around £180.
There are other pieces including military trousers in beige and a cardigan and skirt for women which are available.
In their own words, Kenzo this about the collection:
The Boke Flower collection translates the bold energy of KENZO’s genetics through the simplified graphic language of Nigo. The men’s wardrobe consists of iconic pieces such as the Boke Flower coach jacket and cargo pants. All the pieces of this limited edition capsule have been created in a genderless spirit.
It’s available now from selected retailers including END and Selfridges and Kenzo online here. It’s the first collection from the brand’s new artistic director Nigo and is a limited collection.
You may need to be quick to get your hands on some of the pieces before they sell out.
