Hello and happy Monday!

How was the weekend, good?

I got this green jumper ages ago, and I don’t wear it all too often. It’s been so cold lately and I’ve been wearing a lot of knits, jumpers and sweatshirts, so decided to give this a wear. Usually I layer jumpers with t-shirts for a more casual look, but I decided that I’d try pairing it with a shirt. Then I realised if I paired it with my red check shirt, it would look like Hey Arnold style! 😀

I don’t really know what to make of it, but it’s pretty funny. There’s no need to take fashion seriously all the time, you don’t always need to dress up, and I think that this is pretty funny, and brings back the Hey Arnold memories from Nickelodeon.

It’s easy to get the Arnold look. It just takes a green jumper or sweater, a red and black check shirt, and that’s about it. The shirt must not tucked in, and that’s about all that you need to do. He does wear a blue hat and also have a football shaped head, but I have neither so it’s fine to give those a miss. It’s finished with some navy chinos and my Converse.

I think for an overall look this is not so bad, but not brilliant, maybe Arnold pulls it off better 😀 If nobody know about that show and even if they did, I don’t think that they’d make the connection, as it’s quite a standard and toned down look…In fact if I hadn’t of mentioned it, you’d probably not have made the connection 😀

It’s Christmas Jumper Day on Friday so I’ll have to get my Christmas Jumpers out again, there’s not long to go until the festivities begin! I’ve already showcased some of the best ones you can get this year, so there’s no excuse to not get one.
