You’re going to be in the office for all day, so you’re going to want to smell the part, as well as looking the part. You don’t want to be the guy in the workplace known for how bad he smells…
This could be bad personal hygiene or wearing a super strong fragrance not suitable for the office.
Getting your scent right is key, and there’s a few things to consider when picking out a fragrance.
It’s a bath and shower gel which I’ve had for a while, in fact I’ve had a couple of bottles of this before. Today I’m talking about Molton Brown Re-Charge Black Pepper.
It’s one of the most popular from the range, so what’s it like?
A perfect scent for this time of year, I’m going back in time with this fragrance review, one of my old favourites, Hugo Element from Hugo Boss which was released in 2009.
Have you ever wanted to smell good but not like you’ve just rolled out of the nightclub? There’s a few good scents which can do this, and Boss Element is one of them.
It’s getting closer to Christmas, that means new fragrances are being released. Dolce and Gabbana have their new scent, K, which has been advertised in recent weeks.
I got a sample of the eau de toilette, so I thought I would share my view in a preview, and here’s what I think.
I do love a good fresh fragrance, and when Bespoke London got in touch telling me about their range of fragrances, I decided that I’d have a try out of one of their scents.
This is Bespoke London Fresh Citrus Vetiver Eau De Parfum and if you’re looking for a new scent or wondering how this smells, here’s my thoughts.
I got a Clinique For Men grooming set quite a while back, and since I was running low on my usual shave gel, it was the perfect time to try out the Aloe Shave Gel from the set.
The full bottle which you can buy comes in a 125ml bottle, and since this was part of a pack, it comes in a nice little sample size of 41ml, so around 1/3 of the size of a full bottle.
So I spend a lot of time writing about fragrances, reviewing them and taking a look at the best men’s fragrances, but what about the ones which are the most meaningful to me?
Some men’s colognes and aftershaves I can’t recommend enough, they’re incredible, and I love them. But there are others, some of which aren’t really loved by the masses, but are the most meaningful to me.
So we’re right in the middle of the summer, and you’ve probably already read my best men’s summer fragrances post, which lists the scents you can wear this season which are all really top colognes. But what if you want something that little bit different? What about something sweet, or floral?
Well, I’ve put together this list, the best sweet and floral fragrances for men. They work best in the summer, and they’re the scents which are just that little bit different. Most men’s fragrances have that bit of manly, masculinity to them, which I do like. But I also like something a little different, which is where these scents come in.
All the scents in this list are either fruity, sweet, floral or fresh…In some cases, some will have more than one note. Some are a bit marmite, you’ll either love them or hate them. The good thing about these kinds of scents is that not a lot of guys wear them, so you’ll stand out and be unique.
Here’s the best sweet and floral fragrances for men you can wear this summer.
I’ve already told you about my Summer of 2006, and how my Lacoste Cool Blue takes me right back there. It was a great Summer, and the next year I had another good one, and with that came a new scent. once again from Lacoste, this was Lacoste Elegance.
So it was the Summer of 2007, and I needed a new fragrance. I already owned a few, bought some more, but for one reason or another, I took my bottle of Lacoste Elegance with me on holiday. I think I took another bottle, but this is the one which I remember the most. I went to Bulgaria in the Summer, and this was a great fragrance for the nights.
As you’ll have read a while back, I have been using one of my favourite men’s scents of all time, Lacoste Cool Blue. I’ve had it for so many years, it’s quite unique and it’s one of those which has a special place in my heart when it comes to smells. But as you’ll have read, it’s no longer available, it’s discontinued and so I can’t get it again.
But can we get an alternative? I heard about a fragrance called La Rive Blue Line, and decided to check it out.
