The Stylish Swedish brand, COS has launched a second capsule collection with MR Porter. COS is owned by H&M and focuses more on modern, minimal contemporary fashion, with key menswear essentials. The collection for Autumn 2016 has an emphasis on a wardrobe with a clean and minimal look, with essential clothing including shirts, footwear, sweatshirts, T-Shirts, smart and casual jackets and accessories.
The collection features 35 pieces, and I have selected my favourite pieces from the range below.
The slim fit lapel blazer is made from wool, and I love the brown colour which is something different but works well and can be teamed up with much of the collection, and comes in at £175. The knit is a merino jumper in black with a modern fit and costs £69, and the white shirt is made from soft poplin cotton and comes with a folded collar costing £59.
The red ochre padded zip up bomber is a real stand out piece, and features ribbed edges and comes in at £135. A good cashmere is something you need for Autumn, and this colour is one which I love. The pale pint knit is a soft smooth wool, with a round neck collar and comes in at a reasonable £99. A grey structured knit is made from a wool-alpca mix, and costs £79.
A large scarf is something you may need to keep warm, and you can wrap this melange grey scarf around your other COS wears to stay stylish and warm. It’s yours for £35. Made from jersey cotton, a sweatshirt in navy is a staple item which is classic and timeless. Get this one for £49. If you’re looking for some smart casual looking trainers then the Nubuck sneaker is worth a look, grey blue and white colours work together well creating some sleek footwear, they’re yours for £79.
Classic round neck tees are also part of the collection, I’ve picked out the navy blue option for £29. A high neck, zip up cardigan is next up, dark grey in colour it’s made from 100% lambswool and is a relaxed fit. It comes in at £59. Finally there’s a roll neck jumper in burgundy. Made from merino wool it has an extra soft finish and comes in a regular fit. It will set you back £55.
