Happy Christmas Jumper Day everyone!
This year has gone over so fast, but Christmas is almost here. Every year there’s a designated ‘Christmas Jumper Day’, and the 11th December is that day this year.
Are Christmas jumpers still on trend?
I have a lot of festive knitwear for the season, and I’ve picked out this one. If you’re a regular reader of my blog you’ll have seen it before.
It’s Jesus DJing on some decks with a Christmas theme. I think it’s quite funny and totally cheesy…Just what’s needed for Christmas! π
But are we all still wearing Christmas Jumpers?
I remember 5 or 6 years ago when they really made a comeback and everyone was into wearing them. Last year I didn’t see as many people making as much of a ‘thing’ as they had done in the past.
With 2020 being what it has been, are people gonna get back into the cheesy jumpers?
It was cool several years ago when going out on the Friday which was Christmas Jumper Day, and almost everyone embraced it and were wearing their festive knits. There was so many different designs and funny graphics on show.
I usually feature a post with the best Christmas Jumpers of the year, but I have missed that this year, and will bring it back next Winter.
It seems like everyone has started with Xmas early…Putting trees up at the back end of November, and really getting into the festive spirit right now. I don’t want to peak too soon, so I’ve refrained from Christmas festivities until now.
But now there’s only 2 weeks to go, I think it’s time to get the music playing and wear more festive clothing for most days.
I am looking forward to Christmas films, blasting some terrible songs, eating chocolate and of course, crisps π
Have a good Friday, and happy Christmas Jumper Day 2020 π
