Adibreak Mesh Jersey And T-Shirt Flatlay By Michael 84

For the past couple of weeks Adidas has had their summer sale on. For the past few months I’ve had a few things in mind to buy, and luckily for me, they were included in their summer sale.

Here’s a few things which I’ve just bought in the sale: The Adibreak mesh jersey and Adibreak T Shirt.

I’ll do a full review of these two pieces and outfit post, so this is just a small update on buying these two.

If you didn’t know, the Adibreak line is inspired from releases from the 90’s, with some pieces being inspired, and others being re-releases of some of the best sportwear Adidas has produced.

I’ve featured a few pieces from the collection before, when the Adibreak Summer 24 pieces were released. This was back in April, and they didn’t leave my mind.

There’s a few good pieces which were in the sale, and one in particular which I really wanted.

The Adibreak Jersey

I had this Adidas Adibreak jersey top back in the 90’s, I think it was 1998. I loved it, and for whatever reason, I must have thrown it out. My original was a slightly different colour, but this one is similar, so I had to jump and get it.

This one is mostly navy and white with yellow detailing. I believe my original had the blue where the yellow is, but other than that, it’s the same.

The blue/white/black is actually being made, I have seen it on Adidas U.S. website. But for whatever reason, it’s not being sold in the UK by Adidas or any retailer, which is disappointing.

I can tell you from owning the original in terms of quality there’s little difference. The biggest difference is the design to the back of the top, which is smaller than the original.

I would have preferred the bigger graphic to the back, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me.

Other than that, all the original features are still there. The longer length fish tail style at the back, the mesh, the Adidas embroidered logo, it’s all there.

I got this for £37.50 which I think was a good deal.

Adibreak Adicolor T Shirt

I believe this is a new piece of clothing from the range, I don’t recall these t-shirts in the 90’s at least. It uses the same Adibreak style of logo to the back, the Adidas name and The Brand With The Three Stripes wording.

I got this one in grey with black and red detailing, which I prefer. The matching t-shirt to the jersey is in white with yellow, but I preferred this colourway, so that’s what I got.

I picked this up for around £24, so once again a good price in the sale.

I’m looking forward to wearing both of these this summer and beyond, and I’ll not be getting rid of them again!

Keep a look out on the blog for the full review of both of these.
